Underpinnings of an Artistic Practice & Recent Works
Join Lisa Klakulak in an image driven presentation sharing milestones of her 20 + year practice while reflecting on the lived experience that continues to inform her choices of materials, processes, objects and considerations of spatial relations. From craft as coping mechanism to a career recognized by awards, publications and workshop demand, Klakulak discusses pitfalls along this path and deviations such as her recent adventure to Nova Scotia to earn a Master’s degree in Fine Arts in the spring of 2020.
